To mark our 18th anniversary, we have decided to go as paper-free as possible and, thanks to a five-figure investment, we have created a piece of innovative software for our fantastic clients.
“But what does it do?” I hear you say. We’ve put together the benefits (and there’s a few) of using Your CleanHub to manage your cleaning services…
NFC TAG or QR code attendance system
The world is turning digital, and so are we. Our employees will now be able to check in and out of your building by scanning a QR code on their mobile phones. Using Google Workspace, this information will be logged live and can be accessed immediately. The system has built-in alarms for late arrivals or if someone hasn’t checked out of the building, which is a huge advantage safety-wise as managers will be able to track who is still on the property in the case of an emergency.
Monthly operations manager audit
Each month you will receive an audit straight to your email that has been completed by an operations manager and will include all cleaning services that have been carried out within your building. Each audit is aimed at your industry and will include ratings of 1 to 6, comments and, if needed, details to organise a joint walkaround with yourself.
Risk assessments, method statements and COSHH
We know how important health and safety is, especially over the past 18 months. Your CleanHub will include all the relevant paperwork for inspections, assessments and regulations, all in one place. There is no longer a need for all those bulky files of paperwork. These will be regularly updated and available for each site.
Insurance schedules and accreditations
Insurance and vehicle schedules are often requested by clients, so when accreditations like the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 are needed – they are all there for you to view at the touch of a button.
Comprehensive contact details
It’s vital to keep all contact details safe and in one place should you need them. Any information you may need is updated immediately if they are changed and is available on the portal.
