Let us introduce you to two key leaders who will be driving our operations forward: Paul Gray and Marek Mikolajczyk.

Introducing Paul Gray: Operations Manager (North East)

We are thrilled to welcome Paul Gray as our new Operations Manager for the North East. Paul brings a wealth of experience and a customer-centric approach that aligns perfectly with our values.

‘I am extremely customer service and sales driven with a passion for providing the very best customer experience. I aim to inspire those around me to drive the business forward. Previously, I have successfully managed large teams in a very demanding sales-driven retail sector, delivering exceptional results and service whilst managing budgets to keep costs down. I am confident I can do the same at Edwards.’ says Paul.

In addition to his impressive experience in service management, Paul also has a background as an Industrial Cleaning Supervisor. This brings the added bonus of valuable hands-on expertise to his role. His commitment to excellence will undoubtedly help us continue to elevate the level of service we provide to our clients.

Introducing Marek Mikolajczyk: Operations Manager (Yorkshire)

We are equally excited to introduce Marek Mikolajczyk as our Operations Manager for Yorkshire. Marek has extensive experience in managing large-scale teams and directing complex projects.

‘I have the capability to work with individuals at all levels within an organisation. I approach tasks with an excellent commercial awareness and enjoy solving problems. My experience in overseeing and coordinating operations across multiple sites to ensure achievement of all contractual KPIs is something I’m excited to continue at Edwards.’ shares Marek.

Marek’s previous experience includes leading soft services functions and overseeing all aspects of cleaning with teams of up to 60 staff. His extensive expertise in managing operations across multiple sites will be a tremendous asset as we continue to expand our services in Yorkshire.
