One of our goals for 2024 was to continue to recruit brilliant people who will help us hit our targets. Two recent hires will do just that!

We’re very excited to introduce you to our new business development managers for the North East and Yorkshire.

First up, Alex Wann who will be heading up the North East BDM team. Alex comes to us with over twenty years’ experience in sales and has immediately hit the ground running. Full of ideas, highly motivated and with a great work ethic, Alex is an absolute asset to our team.

Outside of the office, Alex loves spending time with her family including her beautiful newborn granddaughter!

Heading up the Yorkshire BDM team is Lee Thompson. Lee worked in the business-to-business division of O2 for 17 years before joining us. Living in Wakefield and married with two football mad lads, Lee is kept busy out of work too. A qualified Class 1 Coach just shows he’s always looking to give back and help where he can.

Business development is critical for us to establish and nurture new client relationships as well implement various growth strategies that we are developing. Therefore, we are thrilled to have Lee and Alex on-board.

They have both brought a real energy, enthusiasm and passion to their respective roles and have already brought in new business for us.
