I have to say that 2021 brought it’s challenges but at least it was much better than 2020!

We have many plans and ideas for 2022 and provided the pandemic doesn’t decide to do something unexpected, we’re really looking forward to being able to push forward and create many more new jobs and opportunities for those already working with us. Seeing individuals progressing, developing and growing as professionals is the best thing about being in business. As their confidence grows and they ask for more responsibility in their job, we’re always delighted to provide that and trust them to carry out whatever tasks they take on.

As the business grows we do need more colleagues who can ‘step up’ and simply get things done. Delegation is one of the toughest things to do when it’s our business, especially in the roles where it’s so very important to get it right but we’re so lucky to have individuals and teams across the company who consistently achieve their goals. For us, 2022 will be to add more fantastic people to those teams and ensure that people are rewarded for their hard work and dedication. There are important positions to fill within the business, some new which have never been developed and it’ll be a challenge to find the right pieces for the ‘jigsaw.’

We’re all looking forward to what 2022 may bring and excited for the future beyond that. Bring it on.
